Personal information

• Your email address will not be passed on to third parties. It will be used by A.nnotate for sending password reminders, and you can opt to receive email notifications when invited reviewers add notes to your documents. Your account page lets you opt in / out of email reminders.

Uses

• A.nnotate will store your preferences (e.g. preferred viewing options) using cookies on your browser. You can delete these cookies at any time using your browser settings.

Your documents and notes

• Documents you upload to your account on a.nnotate.com are your property and access to documents and annotations will be restricted to you and any people you send document review invitations to.
• You can remove documents and notes at any time from your A.nnotate account.
