Prices are for a perpetual license and are based on the number of users able to upload documents to the server. All licenses allow an unlimited number of annotating users who are able to add comments to documents uploaded by a licensed user.

Prices are in US Dollars and exclude sales taxes. The price quoted includes the first year's support and upgrades, and the license allows use of A.nnotate on a single production server. The admin user for a server can upgrade annotating users to be fully licensed users, or downgrade licensed users to become annotating users at any time; the number of users in the license defines the maximum number of uploading users. Trial and developer licenses are available for testing purposes. Please contact us for details or if you need a quote for more users or servers.
The A.nnotate server runs on a Linux system with Apache and PHP 5. To install it, you will need root access to your server and familiarity with a linux command line. (see installation instructions). Once installed, access and use of the system is as easy as using the online service at A.nnotate.com. You can install the A.nnotate system on a server on your intranet (behind your company firewall) or on a dedicated web server.
